This game is a little better than the first one. You get to upgrade your disease and of courses it requires a brain to kill all life. So much fun. Although I wish they would have made two versions because I like upgrading based on how well I do yet this game lets you have the bacteria for free but you pay to get the others. If they had come out with an additional buy version where you can unlock the other lethal types by completing the tasks and/or how well you kill everyone I would have been willing to pay but because its this way Im not. I like to get ahead buy working not buy to be better.
Its great! Challenging levels, cool symptoms, and more! I love playing it. It has a few kinks, as do many free games. Other than having to beat every level twice minimum, its a lot of fun and I recommend it to everyone!
This is a wonderful game but it haves a few bugs such as Greenland only has one way to infect it which is the port in Norway and the part where you put traits on your virus has a action called "discard trait" which is very misleading if you are trying to remove it. Besides these quirks it is a truly fun game! (^-^)
Just started playing and its a bit difficult but definitely fun once you develop a strategy to beat each level.

Some bad moments
The way the game is now made pisses me off.
Im at level 34; cure race 3. Why does the cure keeps going up when I use DNA points on genetics/medical obstacles!!!
And yes, the game is pretty cheap in awarding gems.
Ive stopped playing. Frustrating. The cure should not keeps going up when I spend DNA points on bio/genetic obstacles!!
This whole game is a copy of plague inc. Everything. If you compared them side to side the only difference you would see is higher quality work on plague inc.
Losing an ultra-rare gene after choosing a common one to discard... That´s very annoying and it´s sad for such a good game to have some bugs like that wich kill the fun.
I love this game but can no longer play since passing the last level. Im unable to press any "buttons" to start the game.
Thought it was internet connection but can download any other game
The game deleted my rare gene that was in use instead of the duplicated common gene I chose to delete >:( It did this twice so Im pretty sure its not my mistake. Please fix this quick!! Also Id like to have my rare gene back D:
